Experience report on our "cash & drive" offer

The "cash & drive" offer, also known as the sale & rent back principle, is a classic sale and leaseback arrangement and a special form of leasing. In this case, a private individual or an organization usually sells their vehicle (car, truck, van), receives cash immediately in return, and then leases the vehicle or vehicles back from Pfando.

The advantages lie in particular in the fast, unbureaucratic liquidity, without credit checks and without Schufa. Furthermore, the continued use of the vehicle is a convincing argument. Below you can read how Pfando is rated online.

Pfando has an extremely friendly telephone service and provides reliable information. Very practical: I was sent a list of the things I needed to bring with me via WhatsApp. The appointment was kept and the inspection of the documents and the car took place in a very discreet and relaxed atmosphere. Pledging your car is a step you take with a queasy feeling in your stomach. I needed €3,000 quickly. I called at 9:30 a.m., made an appointment for 10:30 a.m., and by 12 noon I had my €3,000 in my hand and my problem was solved. I can continue to drive my car and I pay €240 a month for the €3,000. Of course, that's a lot of money, but if I go to a traditional pawnbroker (as I did in the past), I either have to walk or rent an additional (much more expensive) car. So it's really practical for me.

I can only say one thing: I had an appointment on January 2, 2020, and received payment on the same day. Mr. Kadour from the Hannover Cellerstr branch was very nice, always called back when I had questions, and I paid back the money after two weeks and got the vehicle registration document and keys back after two days. It's clear that all of this costs money, but you also get money immediately from Pfando for towed vehicles. All I can say is that if you don't pay the installments and repay the borrowed money at the end of the contract, it's your own fault if the vehicle is gone. Overall, Pfando is recommended, but you have to stick to the contract, as they do.

At Pfando, you can make an appointment immediately. The cash payment is available immediately after the vehicle has been assessed. The rental agreement runs for 6 months and you receive a monthly invoice with the payment date. Very friendly and professional service at the Hanover branch. This is the third time I have used Pfando and I will continue to use them whenever I need to!

I have now been to Pfando in Dortmund three times. Because it's quick and discreet. Of course, it's not cheap at first, so if you can, you should compare prices on Check24. Nobody is forcing you to go there. After my contract ended, I got another tablet for my loyalty points. Even when repayments were tight, they always offered solutions. From my point of view, therefore, it's a fair company. That's why it's definitely 5 stars!!!

Top notch, time and time again! Attentive, helpful staff, long-standing loyal customer with my fleet of vehicles. Fast and uncomplicated processing. Of course, like everywhere else, you have to stick to deadlines and contracts, that's how it is everywhere! Some people seem to overlook that. I have been satisfied for over 3 years now, and of course, as an entrepreneur, you have the advantage of being able to deduct the leasing costs. That's not the case with an installment loan from the bank, and they're not as fast and flexible either. Great loyalty program, I've received everything from a tablet to an all-inclusive trip.
